Gross. Gross bathrooms, rude staff, gross long haired manager, gross tables (we watched a girl clean a table, found a dip pounce was on top of salt shaker. Girl flicked it in floor and put salt shaker back. We left at that! But ended at DR next day with good poisoning. Called store. They did not care.

Fantastic every time!

Love this place! Everything is great! I've had about half of the menu. And I've yet to eat something that wasn't awesome! And their sweet tea! YUM! And omg the carrot cake is the best I've ever had! The help is always nice and smiling as well. The previous review could not have been for the Paducah branch!

Disgusting

I wasnt going to post this, but I wanted to post it so other people wouldnt get sick like I did. When I went my first time, I ordered my sandwich, paid my $8.00, got my number and sat down. 20 min later I recieved my food, and my food wasnt even cooked all the way through. My friend got a reuben and I got a basil chicken panini. The cheese on my panini wasnt even melted, which told me the food wasnt even thought of when they made it. I took one bite and had to send it back. I sat and watched my friend TRY to eat her reuben, but there was no possible way to eat the thing because it was falling all over her plate. She almost threw up, so she sent her food back as well, at the same time I got mine. This time my food was done, but the bread was toasted way to much, and tasted burnt. I got a refill just to manage my dry sandwich. The reuben also came out, looking worse than the one before! That was $17 down the tubes. We should have gone to Penn Station.

Also, there was a manager in the back who was harassing the employees by hitting their hats and yelling at them. The guy was so rude, I hope he doesnt go to tables. I am NEVER going to McAlisters again. Ever.
