MY MOTHER AND I WENT TO THE MCDONALDS ON LONE OAK ROAD AT LUNCH. WE HAVE BEEN AT THE HOSPITAL FOR 36 HRS WITH MY DAD HAVING SURGERY. THE EMPLOYEES IGNORED US WHEN WE WENT FOR A REFILL ON OUR DRINKS. WE PRACTICALLY HAD TO YELL FOR SOMEONE TO NOTICE US. NOT ONE OF THE SIX PEOPLE WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER ASKED TO HELP US.
