I've done business with this printer for many years, and have had good results in the past. However, I recently had a gift booklet printed and was completely dissatisfied with the quality of the hole punching. When I challenged the owner he got angry, and offered a 10% refund, despite the booklet being unsaleable due to the poor quality. He then got personal and informed me it didn't matter much anyway, since no one would buy it based on the content. ?! wow. I've attempted to contact him to return the unusable product and get whatever refund possible but he and his staff have ignored me. Unfortunate.
