I was over charged or possible fraud by this place of almost $500.00. They never paid me back but my bank did and they are not good to do business with!

So I paid our water bill this morning and a few hours later they came and shut our water off. Now they are charging us another $40 on our next bill ( as a courtesy instead of making us pay it now because we already paid our bill) because I payed them at 7:56 and they sent the disconnect out at 7:50. They said it could be until 4 before they turn our water back on. The bill was paid!

Everyone in billing needs to be on the same page . can't get a straight answer from anyone
