I would give them 0 Stars if it would let me. I went there too see if I could trade my car in. I specifically asked them not to run my credit in the beginning. They ran my credit anyway which is illegal. When the sales representative came back with my credit report if she tried to get me to sign a paper stating I gave her permission to obtain my credit report which I did not. They lied to me and said it wouldn't affect my credit score but it did. It dropped it down to points in two days. They continue to lie to me several times to get me to sign the paperwork stating I gave them permission. I left and two days later found out it hit my credit report. I went back to their office and management made excuses for the sales representative and other staff. What they did was illegal. They lied to me several times to cover their own butt by trying to get me to sign paperwork stating I gave them permission after the fact. I would never go somewhere where they lie to you when trying to sell you a car.
