Fraud Alert!!! My debit card information was clearly stolen from Chiz Cabz. After arriving to my destination, the gentleman read my card information over the radio to the dispatcher. I felt uncomfortable with the fact that he also gave her the 3 digit code on the back, but I didn't say anything. I was just grateful for the services at the time. Two days later, I had a charge for $245 from a Paducah Power Company. I am from Chicago, IL so this charge clearly stood out. There is now an investigation taking place and I hoping they will be shut down for good. DO NOT trust them!

I have tried to stay away from all cab services for a long time. I actually was at the last place my best friend took me before they got killed and everything happened when I found out about Teansporter. I was back there for an appointment almost a year ago. A lady, a complete stranger to me, walks over and puts a little yellow piece of paper in my hand. "Honey, these are kind people, and they're prompt." I just smiled a soft smile and thanked her. I brought that piece of paper home, put it up, never used it, until yesterday. My bus was shut down, I needed a ride to work and back. I could have gotten a ride, but being independent is important to me. Its what keeps me well. Chiz Cabz is aweful, terrible, never again! You guys were great, from start to finish. Kind, prepared, prompt, and patient. I will be calling you when I dont have my bus.

A Transporter gets an A+ from this costumer. I used this taxi service quite a few times when i was in Paducah for a weekend. Unbelievably professional and honest. I know this because I had to use the other local cab service once and the driver tried to charge me three times as much as Transporter.

Guy that picked me up smelled of alcohol. Come to find out they are not licensed in Paducah. Be warned!!
