I designed and built my first home in Hawai'i over twenty years ago. I had been designing mainland homes for many years, so I felt certain that everything would be perfect. Unfortunately, I didn't have the personal experiences of actually living here and seeing how the climate can make you a slave to maintenance. I've designed hundreds of home since then, so I've acquired a great deal of tropical design and construction knowledge. I would like the opportunity to share my experience and skills with you so that your "dream" house doesn't become a nightmare.
