Visiting our vacation home in Pahrump from California when our standard poodle developed a cough. Although booked solid, I was told to bring him in, as an emergency patient. Although the office was busy, it presents as very well organized. All of the front and back office staff were helpful, friendly and patient with my fearful pup.

Dr. Thomas didn't keep us waiting and he too, was very patient with Buddy, who is fearful of new people. Buddy usually barks at strangers but not once here with all the new people.

He was examined and diagnosed, and prescriptions we're filled in a very timely manner.

Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and professionalism. I hope we don't see you any time soon, but if we do, it will be with confidence and peace of mind.

I have had my Persian cat groomed and boarded here and have been very pleased with everything every time. Staff is very caring, professional, and knowledgeable. Each time I have brought home a very happy cat.
