BEWARE of this merchant for cellular and internet provider needs. This company also calls itself Cellular World, and lists itself as an AT&T reseller, which is not an AT&T corporate store. First of all, they will charge you $1 extra for paying with cash as opposed to debit/credit, a policy which is not posted in their store or on their receipt documentation. Second, they will not back up their products and services: I purchased a $37 white plastic protective case for my new iPhone, and found it began to discolor with a dark colored stain on the back of this case and getting worse by the day. I attempted to remove the dark stain by wiping with a damp cloth with distilled water, then with a mild dish detergent. Since nothing corrected the problem I brought the case back to the store with the receipt within 5 days of purchase. I wanted some adjustment, whether it be an exact replacement, a similar like-value substitution, or a refund. The case also carries a warranty from its manufacturer. The store manager was not at the store at this time so the cashier/salesperson in the store phoned the manager to get permission for the adjustment. The manager, without seeing the defective merchandise, told the cashier that no adjustment would be allowed, that the case must have been damaged by a liquid or ink during my customer use, all untrue. This item was not purchased as a final sale, or closeout, item. I have had to purchase a new case for my phone at Radio Shack at additional expense and have had no problems with the replacement case, but I am still recovering the amount spent on the defective merchandise I purchased in good faith from this merchant with less-than-ethical business practices.
