Finally decided it was time to update our personal and home security. My wife and I didn't know much about guns and had no idea where to start. We have friends that have taken us to the range a couple times in the last 15 years, but that's the extent of our knowledge. When we walked into Atwell's we were concerned we were going to look like idiots. So much to see! Make, models, accessories, etc. etc. Then we were introduced to Chuck. He definitely cleared things up for us. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. When I say knowledgeable I don't just mean he knows a lot. He had the ability to communicate that knowledge to someone at our level. Instead of feeling intimidated we felt right at home! Based on the information we received from Chuck and our current situation we settled on a weapon that would meet our needs. What a great experience! We walked in with apprehension and concerns. We walked out after having a great time, educated, and having met a new friend! It doesn't get any better than that!
