Our company traces back to the early 1950’s-1960’s. Tom’s grandfather (Willis Ruff) And father (Jack Ruff) worked as a journey man sheet metal sign fabricators, working At Brooks Electric and Buddy Simon Sign Companies, where Thomas A. Ruff became Employed part time from 1970-1978, and full time 1979 to 1989. He learned his skill in Service, installations, crane operation and the art of Neon. Ruff Neon & Lighting Maintenance Inc. was est. in 1991 in a little shop on Ridge Rd. in Cleveland, OH. We are a third generation Sign company with many talents. We take pride in out timely service and dependably.
