I would give a zero but that is not a choice....We purchased a 73" tv and the delivery men were suppose to deliver it to our home yesterday in between 10am and 7pm. I waited all day they never cam. At about 6:30pm I called the store and asked if they were going to be able to deliverit today and they said "No, it being the 1st of the month the traffic was heavy and they didn't get to as many customers as they thought they would. They will be there tomorrow."

So I stay home today and called at 3pm to see if they would be able to make it and was told that the delivery men had called and no one answered, and that I live far away so they would be delivering it today. I live 30 miles from the store. I told the lady I have been home all day and no one has called. I even let her go to checked my caller id to make sure. I called back and another lady answered and said they still have time. When I told her what the other lad said she told me to hold and I could talk to the manager. I held for about 10 mins and she came back on the line and said the manager was busy to call back in 30 mins. I have no clue if they will even bee here today, or when I will get my tv.

Customer service is horrible. It is just a run around. Either the delivery men are lying about calling or the CSR is lying about the delivery men saying they called. I would not bother dealing with them if you need anything delivered.
