Cliff Pelfrey is a scam artist. He owes me and a lot of other people a lot of money. My goal is to get this guy sent to prison for computer fraud. For anybody considering doing business with this individual, I can't emphasize this enough, please DON'T DO IT!!

This company misleads individuals looking to obtain a loan. They are not direct lenders and must forward your loan package to their "investors" for approval. Cliff Pelfrey will tell you that your loan is processing, which takes much longer than quoted, and will not call you back in any form of a timely manner. His lack of professionalism throughout the loan process is least desirable at best. Furthermore, I was promised a refund of my initial deposit once their so called "investor" did not fund my loan and have been waiting for over 5 months and still have not received this refund. When sending an email to Cliff and the underwriting department the messages were returned to my inbox stating that these email addresses are no longer valid. Possible scam, and at the very least an untrustworthy lender who misrepresents what they can provide to loan applicants.
