The grilled shrimp, scallops, flounder, stir fried veggies, boudin balls, French fries, and dirty rice are top notch. The service was fast and friendly. The ambiance is mom and pop dinner, but most of the food is remarkable. When was the last time you had French fries that did not leave grease on your fingers, but were golden brown and crisp on the outside and hot and creamy inside? They don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own beer or wine. The fried oysters were great but their idea of a fried oyster po' boy was not up to standards. Should have been dressed with tarter sauce or mayo and dill pickle, sliced tomato, shredded lettuce and remoulade. Instead the bun was dry except for two slices of American cheese. Dressed up properly they could sell it for $2.00 more. The addition of a banh mi sandwich would be a good idea too.The menu has lots of choices including fried rice, egg rolls, hamburgers, sweet sour shrimp, beef broccoli, and chicken and baked potato, just to name a few of the options I have not tried.

I love the food.

Diverse selection of seafood courses, ranging from fried, to seafood fried rice, to sandwiches, salads and much more. Great food, pleasant staff and extremely clean facility. I definitely recommend Bayside Seafood to anyone looking for a taste of the bay.

Great food, outstanding service, the staffs are friendly. The place is very clean.
