My order of customized LED bracelets arrived with 75% of them with the ink rubbed off into the packing materials. Customer service was rude and when I told them I had more people who wanted to place large orders I was told to find another company who makes glow products.

Second delivery arrived this time individually wrapped which was nice. Ink still rubs off easily. 15 of the bracelets were duds and would not turn on. Bracelets also don't stay closed when put on wrist. If you bump it or rub it in any way it becomes unclasped. The quality of this product is poor and I recommend finding another company to do business with.

Bought some necklaces and bracelets for my daughter's school dances. They had so much fun with it. They cracked the products the night before and next morning they were still glowing, great products...
