I would suggest that if you need a lampshade or any service or product this store offers you go elsewhere. I bought 2 lamp shades at an inflated price and when opening them at home I discovered the seam of one was opened. I brought the shade back and was told that they would order a replacement. I was told it would be 3-4 weeks. After 5 weeks I had to call to find ouit where it was. I was told they would call the manufacturer and let me know. I never recieved a call. After another 2 weeks I called again and was told that they had done nothing because "the frame was bent". It defies logic that 1 of 2 was dammaged but I was told that I was out of luck.
This is a very dishonest merchant who wil not honor their word. I have turned this over to my Credit Card Company and will not stop until I am reimbursed or this Charade of a company goes out of business.

I had two matching lamps for new wiring. One required a small metal piece to bring it to the same height. Amy was to do the height as the primary item and to rewire both lamps,as well. I was assured the job was complete, but a second trip was required because the height issue had not been addressed, only the rewiring. When I returned the second time, I saw that the socket and switch was new in one and the old one had been reused in the other. So, one switch is a push switch and the other is a turn switch! This could have been changed out at very minimal cost so that both lamps would be electrically identical. Remember, these are to be matching lamps! A simple phone call on her part to me prior to the pickup would have been so easy – even if it had been a few dollars more, it’s a detail that she as the “expert” should have been aware of and in contact with me –these are “matching” lamps. I am still not satisfied - the job is not complete – I would have happily paid additional for this small necessary change to have the lamps be electrically “matching”, rather than now having two different styles of switches. My recommendation is to review very carefully with Amy what you want, get every detail in writing, and ask if every detail is finished before making the trip in (which for me was 22 miles). I don’t feel you can rely on Amy to provide “expert” advice about wiring, etc. as the details seem to not be important to her. You need to do some real homework of your own and not rely on Amy to provide assistance.PS – the lamps do work - but I now have to pay someone else to replace the one socket so the switches will be identical! Good grief – it seems so difficult to find businesses that pay attention to providing professional and quality work.
