I was caught speeding last month and unaware that as of Jan.2011 the laws changed regarding this. When I found out that going 30 plus miles over the speed limit could result in jail time, I immediately looked for an attorney. Thankfully, I retained Lavelle Law and with their help I paid a fine and received supervision. A lot better than rolling the dice on my own and possibly getting a maximum sentence. Thank you Sammi and Lavelle Law. I would highly recommend Lavelle Law, not only for traffic violations but for any legal matters. They practice in most areas of law. Thanks Again. This is by far the worst law firm I have come across. Mr. Voigt was representing my husband's business and became involved in a divorce proceeding with no cause. He called my place of employment and told them that I stole money from the company and that I was a theft and a con artist. I reported this behavior to a partner and they have failed to do anything about this. There is an investigation being conducted by the IL Bar Association into his creditintals and his ethical behaviors. If you are looking for a law firm that understands ethics I would not choose this law firm.
