I had the worst experience here yesterday. I went in for a regular eyebrow clean up. Nothing crazy. I asked for the waxing first. Usually when they do the threading, they somehow end up cutting me. Anyway, I noticed that she finished way too fast. It literally took her less than 5 minutes. When I looked in the mirror, half of my eyebrows were gone! They were so thin it was ridiculous. I was in complete shock. I have no idea where these people get their license or if they even have one. I wanted to cry so bad. And even after I told her how bad of a job she had done, she had the nerve to give me an attitude and just shrug it off. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Please save your money and spend it somewhere else, because this place is not worth it. I only gave it a star because I can't give it anything less.
