This salon is the worst! I've tried to cancel month by month fee and they do not answer or return calls.... I believe they are going out of business and ripping off clients!! I've left 5 messages!!

This company has the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. The incompetent staff and management makes many empty promises and will continue to charge you every month even after you cancel your membership.



After being assured by an employee that my membership was cancelled before heading back to school downtown, I find out that my card has been charged for yet another month. I made the trip back to the suburbs and spoke to the manager in person, who promised me a refund in 2-3 business days. As of today, it has been over a month since this promise and I have not received a single cent from them. I have called multiple times and stopped by in person FIVE more times asking about my refund, and each time I have been promised that the manager would contact me and give me a refund soon. Nope, still no refund.



This place is a SCAM. There are many other tanning salons that are cleaner and have superior customer service. Do not sign up for a membership here unless you are willing to get scammed out of your money. Also, someone should teach the staff what the word "promise" means because it is clear that they do not understand.
