This corporate office store has issues for sure, the personnel that work there main focus is obviously to just sell plans and phones! The most irritating thing about them is every time I have gone in for cell phone related issues; I have been mislead to out right deceived and was told my new phone that I paid for out right over $800, had features that it did not! The truth is unless you are going into this store to pay your bill, you will be promised that they will get back to you (In my opinion this is just to get you out the door) have you write down personnel information on slips of paper that I question why seeing you have an account with them already so why the F**k do you have to give it to them on paper? They have NEVER gotten back to me about anything I have gone in there for! Despite being told they where going to! Bin in there 4 times; They waste your time as a customer, and waste AT&T’s time paying them! This last episode my battery swelled up and popped the glue holding the back panel I had 6 day’s left on my factory warrantee They still have not contacted me and had I like most; I’m sure do, waited on them to contact me because of them acting as if they where going to help me, my warrantee would have lapped and I would have been screwed witch at this point I think is just what they want to happen! After doing my own homework I have gotten my phone to the proper place for warrantee work no thanks to this office!! AT&T you have big problems at this store!! It’s simple and easy if you don’t have the permission or ability to help in a certain capacity then don’t act like you can! Just give the customer the number to call or even better call the number your self and actually help the customer! And not waste there time or yours!
