Provided by YP.comI agree about the address; however the rest is all good. She's a very good doctor and very concerned and engaged with you as her patient

Provided by YP.comFirst thing's first: The address listed online is completely wrong. We ended up driving four miles in the wrong direction, to wait for 15 minutes in the wrong office and be finally told that Dr. Needham moved ages ago. Luckily, her phone number was accurate, otherwise we never would have found it (30 minutes late or otherwise).
The wait in the (correct) office was thankfully not very long and we were glad of that, but the encouraging upturn quickly took a dive. Dr. Needham was not there, but her staff proved daft and were ill-prepared to answer my questions--my boyfriend and I, having no medical experience, were more knowledgeable.
Here's the topper: when they asked for my urine sample, I was told it would be used for a pregnancy test. They did not tell me that I would later be receiving a $277 bill for a urinalysis and toxicology screening that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. And when I called to inquire about it, too bad; their billing specialist left at one.
To make matters worse, they called two weeks later and left a message saying to call back as soon as possible, that it's very very important. So I did exactly that, at 1 PM on Friday and, oh, wait, they close at 12 on Fridays. I guess I'll have to wait until Monday to find out what was so urgent. It's no big deal, though. It's not like something could be seriously wrong with my baby. I won't be worried sick all weekend. Besides, it would have killed the receptionist to take an extra five seconds to be a little more detailed about what was going on. No hard feelings.
Conclusion, I can't speak for Dr. Needham's quality as a medical practitioner because I haven't personally met her, but her staff is completely worthless. And if I have to deal with one more frustration because of them, she'll be losing me as a patient.
