This Palatka Florida Pizza Hut is the worst. I believe they intentionally run low on stock to charge you a bigger price to make more money. Example, 10 dollar pizza. Any size, any time. Not true with this place. I called and tried to order 2 large pan pizzas. they said they were out of large pan pizza and only had medium. I asked what was the price for that. They told me same price. I asked about a discount because I will now have to order another pizza to feed the people at my house(Have to buy 3 pizzas instead of 2). Economy is tuff and we palnned on this meal to feed my family and disable father. We had hot dogs and beans because we didnt have anything in house.

Instead of the saying"Its our fault that we didnt do enough prep and will discount (only the price difference between ordering a large or medium), they told me no. Pay full price and get a medium. Talked to 2 managers about this issue.They were not bending even though I made sense! Are you kidding me?

It does say any size, any toppings! What a joke and will never go to a place where they care about making more profits on one transaction instead of making the customer happy causing repeat business. Thought the saying was "Customer always right." I'm not being unreasonable! If I am, then they are being unreasonable by charging us different prices for different sizes. Stay away From Palatka Florida Pizza Hut and go to Papa Johns or Dominos. Will have better blood pressure after the experience..
