Stay away and go to the show instead. They need some decent help with decent attitudes.

We all had a good time. Concession prices were reasonable for pitchers for kids. Auto-scoring. Nice seating, tables, shoes. Friendly service. We had "kids bowl free" coupons for the summer. Also, they have bumpers in the lanes for the kids. Lots of choices in balls. First time I've been in there, although my husband has been in there alot since they reopened. They have lots of new plans and specials to deal with those complaining about prices. Check their Facebook page for specials (their web page isn't great).

My family and some of our friends visited Putnam Lanes last weekend. The staff was extremely rude. Had to pay full price for my three year old daughter to bowl(Last time I checked everyone had child rates). I would not recommend this place to anyone. Next time I think I'll just make the drive to Gainesville....

I was extremely disappointed when we went to the bowling alley. The staff was very rude to us from the time that we got there to the time that we left. They were very misleading with information they had given us prior to showing up. Then instead of trying to correct the issue, and tend to our problems, they made it out to be our fault. I just think they should have had there ducks in a row before they decided to open. We have been waiting for them to open for a long time, and so far they have done a great job with the cosmetic work, but there is still a lot to be done. Especially the staff! They even brought people in from another bowling alley to try to keep things in order, and that was a big mess. I would strongly suggest people to go elsewhere. It would definately be worth driving to St. Augustine paying 17$/person with a concession stand! I was not impressed with this place at all, and I will not recommend anyone to go here :(

This place sucks, and is not worth a penny. Opened too early and will be closed before you know it again if they keep their business going to way it is going now!

This place is so not worth it!!! This is the first time I have been here since it has opened like 1 week ago. The place has approximately 40 lanes and only about half of them were open. There was no concession stand for food and there was no other beverages optional besides the one vending machine which was sold out of most items. The bathrooms did not have doors that would lock in the womens and mens bathrooms. We got there at 7:50 and didn't get into our lane until 8:40. We were told that there would be 2 hours of bowling and we were only given about an hour and a half before they shut off out lane and said that we started at 8:10. They were very rude and very unreasonable with their prices. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I suggest driving to St. Augustine or Jacksonville if you want to bowl and get your moneys worth!!!!!

I'm not a local but I've lived in Putnam County for 3 years and I've been waiting and waiting for this place to finally open. I walk in today to see how they have done, and notice a lot of work still needs to be done. I notice 5 people up at the desk with 2 people bowling, I pick up the rates left on the counter, no one even said hello. Didn't even think about it until I finally left, looked down at the rates, and thought this is putnam county!! Are these people serious? $4.50 per game during dead time, I can understand if this place was complete and 5 Star but the only thing that's going on is bowling and bathrooms without doors on their cabinets. Give me a break. Are you trying to close down before you really even open? I love the game and I'm going to pay just to help keep this place open, but seriously think about it. Let's make the rates what there worth.
