I bought a car from these people, made my payments on time. I was late one or two times. When I paid my car off and received my paperwork it said just that- that I was late once. I get my credit report and they say that I was late almost 30 times in the 4 years I paid on my car. The paper states that when payment was do on the first of the month, no late payment would be applied until the 10th. They set my payments on the 13th even though I told them I got paid on the 15th. That is when they told me about the grace period so I was good. Now they will not return a single phone call.

giving this compant a 1 star rating is WAYY more than they deserve unlewss it is for crooks the they get a 5 they stole $ from my daughter by adding her downpayment before they added all thier fees & taxes and they refused to correct it told her the finiance co made them add the 2000.00 and they threw away her DL and then repoed her car owner told me himself he threw it away they are so crooked it makes all others look like they are giving u a car

My husband and I purchased a 2003 VW Beetle from them and had the worst experience from them ever! We paid cash for the car and three months later still have no title! We have filed a complaint with the BBB and the state attorney. This car dealer is in violation of the Florida state statute for filing the papers for the title within 30 days. When they finally did we never recd the title but now have a lein on our title! And we were given a sticker for our tag that is 9 months earlier than our original sticker. So I am out 9 months on my tag sticker too! All we got was an "I'm sorry" NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM, CASH DEALS SHOULD NOT BE THIS HORRIBLE!
