Unfortunately, this place ended up not being reputable. Short and sweet - we rented a boom lift from them and it was damaged at the time of rental. The establishment didn't do an inspection prior to rental and tried to blame us for damages. We had pictures of before and after rental noting the old rusted damage prior to use. End the end, they tried to still blame us and banned us from future rentals, what a shame... This said, they choose to lose a customer to cover up what they did - even with proof showing the prior damage. There are plenty of other places to rent one i.e. Home Depot, etc.. Try your best to avoid this place and if you can't, make sure you get every nick documented prior to leaving as they will say you did it... bad business ethics.
