The owner of this so called beauty hair supply store and he is not only very rude to the paying customers. But he is also a racist. The comments that he makes to all of his Black paying customer. He makes comments like Nappy head, reference on skin color, he's just very ignorant and when you let him know that what he did was down right rude and racist he doesn't care. This beauty supply store is the worst in Brevard county. Not only are they racist,they are down right rude! As an African American woman, I decided a long time ago after my first encounter with them that I would never give these ignorant, losers, any of my money. I've been hearing people complain about them for years but they still continue going in there buying the over priced, out dated, products. Black people should be ashamed of themselves for even doing business with these bigots! So for the sell outs that still go inside 3 diamonds.....Maybe you should remind them the next time they "Disrespect" you that "We" are the reason why they are still in business!West Melbourne has 3 large beauty supply stores that sell the same exact products...It's worth the drive to know that you will be greeted and treated with respect!

some of the men working in this store need to take classes on how to treat the customers. i see why every time i go in the store theres always someone mad and giving them a piece of their minds. last night i was in the store and was unaware of the closing time and one of the men came up to me and spoke to me in a very rude way telling me about the store closing at 8pm and went on to say a few other rude comments. now had i known that the store closed at 8pm i would have never came into the store nor would i have driven that far to have him speak to me the way he did. i dont have to do business there, there are plenty of other hair stores that i could have gone to. they need to keep in mind that word of mouth spreads like a virus and all i have to do is start it and their business can sufer so they need to lighten up. if i ever go in there again and one of them speak out of term to me i will never give them my business anymore. i refuse to pay someone to be rude to me.they need my money to keep the business afloat.
