I made the call after a dump truck threw up a rock that chipped my windshield and within 2 days the chip became a huge crack. The women on the phone was very curtious and explained that they would deal with the insurance company and that no cost would be incurred to me directly. I only had to make a quick claim with the insurance company via a three way with the glass company. That was it. My girlfriends windshield also had a small chip and the tech had no problem doing both vehicles at the same time. He was on time, very professional, fast, and the end product looked great. The new windshield looks like it just came off the showroom. I would most definetly use them again should I need to.
