I only gave 1 star only because I had to!!! This place is a hell hole!!! He will not fix anything inside the house! And if you ask him to fix anything he will evict you!!! He is a slum Lord all the way! I am disabled and he evicted me because I asked him to fix the ac in the living room!! All of the mobile homes are just full of mold!!! My cat's and I were very sick from it!!! Move in at your own risk!!!!
