Ann is simply phenomenal when it comes to nail care, pedicures, and manicures! To start off, she is very charismatic, has a wonderfully warm and friendly personality, makes you feel at ease and comfortable, and treats you like a prince or princess no matter what! Her expertise in nail care is unparalleled and she uses the highest quality products and follows the best hygenic standards I've ever seen. I have had several pedicures, manicures, custom nails, shellac, hand massage, and the works from her and she always does an exceptional job! She takes the right amount of time to ensure a high quality job and total customer satisfaction. Multiple times, she has fit me in at the last minute and even gave me some nail polish and buffer to keep for myself. Recently, a good friend passed away and I was hurrying to attend the funeral. Ann immediately fit me and my daughter into her busy schedule (after she had already worked 12+ hrs that day) and made our nails look fantastic and just in time for the funeral! I received so many compliments on my nails and being the warm loving person Ann is, she even came to the funeral to support me. How great is that? Let me share this with you also - when my father was dying, on hospice and could no longer talk, move, or respond other than eye contact, Ann went to visit him in the nursing home. She give him a hand massage, told him some jokes and was just her happy, friendly, loving self. Not only did this make my day, it truly made my father happy and his eyes teared up with joy. Bottom line, there is no one like Ann when it comes to full service nail care and customer satisfaction. She always goes above and beyond for her customers, provides exceptional and high quality nail care, uses high quality products, follows the most hygienic cleaning practices I've ever seen, and has a phenomenally warm and friendly personality. I highly recommend Ann to everyone for all your nail care needs and no job is too big or too small for her. She is simply phenomenal! Thanks Ann for everything, you are a rare gem.

Miracle worker! I have a damaged nail bed and I am very self concious of people looking at my hands. Ann was able to create a custom nail for this finger that made it look normal again!! She's amazing!

She arrived early with everything she had just in case I wanted shellac or regular polish. The soaking tubs are awesome and all of her metal instruments have clearly been sterilized in an autoclave. Anything that wasn't able to be sterilized stayed with me, including some awesome scrub. Ann is a hoot and does a great job. She really enjoys what she does, and it's apparent in the products she uses and time she takes. I would definitely recommend her! It's nice to be able to watch TV on my couch while getting a pedi! Love love
