The Transportation & Drainage Division of the city of Palm Bay of Florida is responsible for construction and maintenance of transportation and drainage facilities. It is also responsible for the administration of various programs, including the bonded road improvement, mil road maintenance, canal maintenance and the culvert replacement programs. The division offers a range of services that includes land acquisition, surveying and mowing services. In addition, the Transportation & Drainage Division is responsible for the administration of general maintenance programs, such as pothole repairs, traffic sign and signal repair and swale trenching. Various other services of the division include administration of the solid waste disposal contracts and providing driveway construction guidelines.
