Just purchased my daughters first car. Was very pleased about the whole experience. The owner was the only person we had to deal with. Feel that we got a fair deal on a nice used car. Would recommend this dealer to my family and friends.

Worest place ever to buy a car. The Car Connection in Palm Bay Fl are snakes. I bought a 2006 Pontiac G6. In the past year I lost a job due to the car breaking down, was in a accident due to parts they had glued on and failed. My brakes locked up, my power steering went out while driving, my lights failed and stopped working due to parts being electrical tapes without my knowledge, my blinker shaft was hot glued together, after a years of fixing that stuff two days later after paying 500 on more parts my transmission broke. They are horrible people.

On 1/13/2015. Owner and sales rep tried bait-and-switch tactic. I looked at a Dodge Caliber and even though I noticed some red flags (conflicting price of vehicle, price was $2000 under market value) I agreed to purchase the vehicle. After filing out the paperwork they told me the finance guy wasn't in and he will be in tomorrow. So on 1/14/2015 I called back at lunch time to ask what the status of my loan application was and the owner informed me that someone came in and purchased the car paying cash (How convenient). He then immediately tried pushing me towards another car. I told him I didn't want another car, I wanted the one I did paperwork for. His persistency for me to purchase a vehicle he recommended seemed shady. So I declined to do any further business with his company. After reading the horrible reviews of this dealer, I am concerned that they now have my personal information and social security number.

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING VEHICLES FROM THIS DEAL. I purchased an SUV and had it trasnported out of state, the owner lied about how many miles the car had by almost 3,000 over what i was told over the phone. He also stated the vehicle was going to be detailed and when i got the SUV is was very filty, i had to spend over $100.00 getting it detail, i had coffee stains all over the seats and a total of 5 lighets all over the floor. VERY UPSET AND DISAPOINTED.

Do not buy anything from here. They only sell over prices junkiers. I got a SUV from them and it stopped working about 30 day from driving it home. Cost over 2000 just to get it to drive. Then next time it rained stopped working again. I had to trade it in for a new car and take a 3000 lost on that. So I was out 5k. Pls go somewhere else.
