Do not use Mr. Noska's services. He will collect his fee but will not actually do any work. He will keep asking you to come back with more and more info until you realize that he has no intention of working on your case. He will not refund your money either. He collected $4000 from my husband and I but did not actually do the work. He refused to reimburse us.
