Sunset Pilates Fitness is definitely the best place to learn pilates! The studio is a very private peaceful relaxing place. All of the staff are knowledgable and helpful. They offer many different programs and classes. Such as Pilates, Rollology, Instructor Training/Certification and the Body Walk. The founder, Alyson Limehouse is my favorite instructor. She is a 2nd Generation Pilates instructor and was taught by Lolita San Miguel who Joseph Pilates personally taught. Alyson is a very energetic, knowledgable, spiritual, and caring person. I highly recommend Sunset Pilates Fitness for the beginner, novice, and expert.
