I had a really awful experience at this location. The manager Samantha is not very accommodating after you sign their contract. I was not satisfied with the service that was provided as the entire areas that were suppose to be lasered, were not done adequately as all the hair were still there. I made her aware that I was dissatisfied and would like to cancel the contract based on my dissatisfaction, and she not once offered for me to come in to take a look at the area. Instead she was rude and stated that her regional manager would contact me by mail which pretty much states that as long as treatment begins, there can be no refund. PLEASE DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR, AND DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH BODY DETAILS!!!

I've been coming to Body Details for years and because I have PCOS I have to to come back after every pregnancy. I have the full body package. Everyone in the office is super professional and make me feel very comfortable. Rachel, the current PA completing the treatment is amazing. She is extremely easy going and clearly competent in her profession. I've gone to other laser treatment facilities and Body Details has been my only successful experience. It's worth every penny.

Last Wednesday I did my first facial regeuvination by specialist Ms. Jeanine she did absolutely an awesome job on my face and neck . I did the maximum frequency laser . I did both procedure , one Works under and re activates the Collegon and the other works on skin surface . My reqcovery was four days , I had half an hour of mild tingling burn sensation and red face for first two days which was going away by hours . The fourth days all got even and normal . My skin started to peel away dead skin and new fresh and tight skin was showing off my face. Just to let you all know , I have had chemical peel many years ago and I was burning for days and my face was ugly yellowish color and it was very uncomfortable and I want to compare the chemical peel to laser . These two are so different and far apart on every step . The chemical peel just works on surface with lots of uncomfortableness. The laser is very low down time , works deep in and surface both at the same time . I am really seeing the reasult and some of my darkest sun spots has gone very light also my skin feels tighter . I really recommend these precedures to any one. I can't wait to go for the second round and see my specialist Ms. Jeanine to work on my face . She also has done the hair laser removal as well and she is very good and I do recommend her .I heard that the tattoo laser removal is sooo painful , and I thought that would be the case , but it is not true at all . The pain is not even 1/3 of the real tattoo. I'm glad I did that myself to know how it feels . I took my first step to remove my unwanted tattoos . On my belly,arm , shoulder and lip line, and it did not hurt me as much at all to putting the tattoo on and it took 35 minutes to go over all of my tattoos. First she blew very cold air to numb the area and as zapping , the cold air was blowing for more soothing and easier comfort. . If you have survived for hours to put your tatto on , you will def survived to remove it. :):)

I had to file litigation in court to get my money refunded + pain and suffering from their complete incompetence in Laser Tattoo removal.



Body Details failed to attend or send representation to either of the court appearances that they were summonsed for. Judgment was decided against them on 6/11/13. I will now have to hire a lawyer to pursue collection of the judgment.



I was told by Body Detail that removal of my Black Inc. Tribal Tattoo (no color) was going to be smooth and easy - 9 appointments tops, and that this was so routine. Reaction to each session was a sense of burning, bleeding, and bandaging for days after.



I attended 13 laser tattoo removal sessions, over more than 2 years, before the Physician Assistant slipped up and had a moment of honesty; she verbally admitted they will never be able to remove this tattoo. *That was a slip up and at that point they still wouldn't refund my money.



My appointments were rushed, they over-book many laser tattoo removals in one weekend per month and move you in and out in 15 minutes or less - they don't take the time to move slowly and do the job right. There was also a rotation of 2-3 Physician Assistants over that time period, they lacked consistency throughout treatment.

Had a tattoo removed here and got awesome results. Was very very happy and can't believe how new technology works these days. Who would think a laser can get rid of a tattoo.

Great laser hair removal results! It took five sessions and my under arms are hair free. I also like that they had the lifetime guaranty. Very high end place and the price was competitive with other places that I went to.

Laser hair removal is the greatest invention since the iphone. I hate that I waited so long to get it. If you are thinking about getting it done learn from my research. This is the only place that offers a legit no loop hole lifetime guarantee. Other places that offer a guarantee have loop holes where the warranty is void if you miss a treatment session. I am now addicted and am getting my entire body treated.

I am so happy i found Body Details! It is a beautiful facility with very kind, caring, professionals. I am now hairless!! I would recommend this to everyone. And incase you are thinking there is no way you can afford it then think again! They offer outstanding payment options!! You Have to go here!! You wont regret it! Great Investment!!!

I went to a different place that had a Groupon for laser tattoo removal and all their laser did was make a mess of my tattoo. It got rid of a couple parts of the tattoo which made it look horrible. Then they wanted me to pay more than ten times over the cost of the Groupon for another 4 treatments. I went to Body Details and they gave me a lifetime guarantee on the results for less than the other company was offering 4 treatments for. Skip the hassle of the cheap places and go to Body Details.

I think 1 star is way too much for the services offered at Body Details. I do not know how to even begin explaining my horrible experiences (I want to emphasize on the word EXPERIENCES) with them and their horrible poor excuse of a “Regional Manager – Lily”. My advice to YOU is DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME – RUN!!! “True laser – True result” more like “True BURNS and True SCARS” DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Great place for Laser Hair Removal... They have TV's in the treatment rooms so you can watch your favorite TV shows while you get treated... They give a Lifetime Guarantee... They have the best lasers (trust a girl who has been burned by a cheap laser in the past!) Staff is so amazing and always works with me to get me appointments that work with my insane schedule... I am almost 100% hair free now after only 5 treatments!!!

Body Details was able to get rid of hair that two other places failed at. I went to two different places in Miami and both of them gave me five treatments. After those treatments all of the hair was still there. Body Details uses a TrueLaser and is the only place I could find in Florida that had this type of laser. Well it works awesome and is worth the money! Don't waist your time with other places! Go to Body Details!

Came here for their laser hair removal for my bikini line and I love the good work they do at Body Details - very personable staff members, and they were right on time for my appointment.

I am a hairy guy and have been trying to get rid of the hair on my back and chest for a couple of years. I had about given up on laser hair removal places having gone to two places before body details. After two failed attempts at permanent results I went here because of the lifetime warranty. Well they charge more and offer the warranty because it works. After five treatments I am almost hair free on my back and chest. I can go to the beach now without trying to touch up my back. I don't know much about body details but they sell you on the quality of the lasers and the warranty and I have to agree. Their lasers work and they give you the guaranty in writing. Save yourself the headache of a place that offers bogus treatments. Go here and be done with shaving!

Overall the place is in a good location and the staff is very nice. I would definitely go back here for some tattoo work.
