First, the owner is not Kathy. Are you sure you got the right place? I been with them since the day they opened. I know they are sometime can be busy, and I understand because they do a really good job. If some people don't have an appointment they are alway ask them in a nice ways to come back later, they are responsible in their job and take time with every single clients. And if your are such an impatience person who doesn't have an appointment, then you are the one who doesn't let them to help you. Beside, if they are as horrible as you said, how could keep good business for the past three years.

The owner Kathy is horrible. She caters to the what is perceived to be wealthy and treats her ordinary repeat customers like crap. I returned the next day for a chipped nail for gel nails and she totally disregarded me as if I wasn't even standing there. Then after she threw her hands up as if I was getting on her nerves, while babbling on the phone. She said I don't have anyone to fix it right now. Really, being the owner and wanting to keep your customers you would think she would have said let me fix it for you. I apologize about the inconvenience. If I was one of her wealthy clients, which they make quite obvious how they jump for them. She would have fixed it immediately. She should remember, it's the little people to keep you in business also. Terrible taste left in my mouth.

I want to premise this with the fact that I have had my nails done for over 20 years and have never had such a horrible and unprofessional job done. Went here for a full set of Gel nails for a VERY special occasion and the woman had no idea what I meant (I was very clear 3 times) I guess she gave me acrylics instead with just a gel coating. Then she had the nerve to charge me more for leaving them longer. BIG surprise 2 nails broke 2 days later, then 2 more 4 days after that, then the rest on my BIG day. I went to try to complain and the owner didn’t even have the nerve to come out and speak with me. Wish I didn’t believe in Karma…….
