If it as possible to give 0 stars this place would receive it. I have never received such bad customer service in my life. My gf was suppose to receive flowers for our anniversary at her work place during reasonable business hours. Instead, this company delivered flowers to her work at 9:30 at night when she was no longer working. The delivery man called to tell her he would be there in 20 minutes, so no longer a surprise, and never showed up until over an hour later. The shop owner was unwilling to offer any help other then say they are there now and to go get them. STAY AWAY!

I used Floral Gardens to do my wedding flowers. All during the process I found them to be very friendly and professional. Everything went off with out a hitch and the flowers were the most beautiful I have ever seen! I would certainly recommend that you try Floral Gardens for any of your floral needs.
