Terrible service and terrible sales. Misinformation given to me in regards to personal training. I was told there was no contract and that it would be on a month to month basis. I would only be charged for one month and would have to physically come in to sign up for more sessions if I wanted them. And... First month I was over charged with a sign up fee. I actually have a voicemail saved from the sales staff saying it was a mistake.. And that my contract was not entered properly. After several times to get a refund and explain I was given wrong information they will still not resolve the issue for me. Now they say I will have to " buy out" my trainer agreement. What a mess!!! Do Not give this establishment your bank info. I have cancelled any charges that will try to be taken with my bank but I'm sure this will not be the end. It really bothers me that a persons word is not good. I was clearly told all the information I have tried to relay to LA fitness but due to a contract and the fact that I was clearly misled I am in a terrible situation. Don't sign any kind of trainer agreement. What a rip off.

On the day of April 16, 2012 around 5:30pm I walked in LA Fitness located on 3176 Northlake Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens Fl 33403 (Registration No. HS5825) with my little ones. This was the first time I brought my babies (3) with me to this particular gym. Unfortunately I was in for a big surprise. Becoming a member at this particular LA Fitness the sales team offered a discounted rate for the Kids Klub. In additional I was receiving the first 6 months of Kids Klub FREE! So when I finally decided to bring my kiddies with me, the OM (as she call herself) by the name of Kristin S. completely humiliated me and my kids. It all came about when I handed over my gym key card to Kristin. Kristin (with out eye contact) then asked for the Kids Klub key card, I handed over my card the sales team gave me for the Kids Klub and she (Kristin) went insane. She yelled out in such rude manner "WHO WOULD GIVE OUT 6 MONTHS OF FREE KIDS KLUB, WHOEVER DID THIS IS IN MAJOR TROUBLE. I DONT BELIEVE THIS. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE." Instead Kristin pulling me to the side and explaining the situation she completely embarrassed me. As of right now, I am looking into cancelling my membership and taking my business elsewhere. Never in my life have I ever felt so degraded.

I bought a membership for first month and last month for $63 and was told if I did'nt like I would get refunded the 2nd month. Waited 5 weeks to be told it was non refundable. Used this place for a total of 45 min and cost me $63 !!!



Watch what you buy and read contract !!! they will verbably tell you anything to sell a contract which doesn't mean anything ! and will presure you to sign up for trainer couses also. This place is a total rip off.



The California corporate office doesn't care 2 squats about their customers either.



Ben will sweet talk you into spending and promising things they won't support so again read the contract before handing over that credit card !!!



I'm 58 and this is by far the worst company I ever had to deal with!!!!!!!!!!
