Terrible office. You will never been seen on time. This is the normal routine of this office: you check in, the ladies will take 30 minutes to call you back up to fill out paperwork/verify that your insurance is the same, then another hour will go by until you are called to the back where you will be put in a new waiting room. They do offer you a pathetic apology that is somehow supposed to make the fact that you now over an hour late returning to your job seem a little less stressful/annoying. I guess since the world revolves around them, they don't get that other people have lives and jobs they need to return to. And unless you are calling the appointment line, don't plan on speaking to an actual person. Ever. The automated machine is long and once you finally think you have reached the person you need to speak to, it's their voicemail. No one will call you back either so I suggest to keep calling every single day and leaving detailed messages. They probably won't be able to give you the information you need when/if they do call you back either. They are disorganized, rude, selfish, ungrateful... Shall I go on?
