Do NOT use this company. Pelican OR it's sister company Clean Pools of Jupiter - EXACT same company is terrible. I had been servicing my own for nearly 10 years. In the past 4 months since Clean Pools has been servicing the pools it has been green with algae twice. The first time I was charged an additional $450 dollars saying I needed a new salt sensor. I believed this and paid it. Not 2 weeks later the pool green again and was told I needed a new salt cell. I refused to pay it and got another REPUTABLE person in to look at the pool. That individual said the sensor that had been installed the prior month was faulty. Currently I am still waiting for someone from this company and replace an item I paid $400 for (which cost $125 new and plugs in using a phone jack and takes 1 minute to install). When I asked the owner DAVE why someone was coming from Pelican pools to service he said it's a tax issue, Clear Pool is my company and Pelican Pool is my dad's company. This is NOT a reputable company , don't use them!
