They make you think they really give a darn about their tenants. Don't be fooled, it's all about "the money" off commissions and sales of homes jam packed together in closeness. Want to hear your neighbor while they're in the bathroom? Just come live in The Meadows, you'll hear your neighbor, their neighbor and so on. Not a good choice in layout of homes. Don't forget who puts your paycheck in your bank, employees of The Meadows and Lifestyle Properties, it's us, your TENANTS! "Listen" to them for a change and meet their needs, before the park turns into a free for all and fails to blend in even more than it does already with the beautiful area of Palm Beach Gardens and those who live in it.

We walked in to a totally empty sales office. One person was chatting on the phone, the other doing nothing. We said that we were there to get information on the park and see some units for sale. The man was extremely condescending as he informed us "Oh, we don't do that. You'll need to make an appointment". I mentioned that I had taken the day off work to look at property so how soon could we make an appointment. He said "tomorrow". Clearly that park has no interest in selling property which is why it appears that approximately 25% -30% of the homes have for sale signs on them. No matter how nice the park, or how nice the home, I would never live in a place that doesn't even treat prospective buyers with consideration and respect. Who knows how the people that already live with get treated. Anyway: I am looking to down-size from my current before I retire, and I was totally prepared to pay cash for a property:.....THEY LOST THAT SALE!!!

Horrible office manager who needs to be replaced ASAP before the park tenants vacate. She's been caught in numerous lies and plays favorites among some residents. The corporation of the company, Equity Lifestyle Properties, doesn't seem all that better as they don't follow up on customers who've contacted them. You need help, you're on your own!
