1/17/16- I had a 9 AM reservation for a tow hitch installation. Nobody showed up until 9:40 AM. I was told they couldn't do the installation because they didn't have anybody available. I rescheduled for 9:00am 1/18/16, showed up on time, and was told there was nobody available for inflammation. They sent me down to the West Palm Beach location. Poor customer service!

Hand down the WORST U haul dealer around. DO NOT go here. I made a reservation, confirmed it, and arrived that day for the manager to tell me that this location did not have that service. After that, they charged me for 14 rolls of tape and would not refund my money or even call me back. HORRIBLE CUSTOM SERVICE and QUESTIONABLE business practices.
