A scope of work laid out in a written proposal ($1,400) to remove a hive and bees from a patio roof was not performed. Instead, access was gained through the balcony floor. The existing hole in the roof soffit where the bees had gained access was left open and untouched. I had to pay an additional $150 to have the hole closed by a handyman. The company's owner, Ronnie, called my complaint 'semantics' and refused to make an adjustment to the bill. Unbelievable!
