Check this gym out! It is amazing. So much nicer than most gyms. Beautiful interior, brand new equipment, flat screen TVs mounted on all the treadmills, etc. I am so much more motivated to use this gym than any other I have ever belonged to. The staff is really nice and helpful, plus it is open to members 24 hours a day. I also get unlimited use of the Power Plate which is really cool. And the rates are very reasonable. It's so nice to finally have a really good gym in Palm City- finally I don't have to drive into Stuart anymore. YEAH!

You've got to see this place! It's beautiful and so well equipped. Felt like I was in a spa, not a gym.. but with all sorts of great equipment. They even have flat screen TVs on the treadmills, etc. Definitely helps me to pass the time! Plus the people are really nice and very helpful. Oh- and not expensive- in fact less than I was paying at Martin Memorial. Go check it out.
