I would like to start by thanking attorney Brian Cohen and his paralegal Ashley for their service. I filed for bankruptcy in December 2021 and received my discharge in March 2022. From the beginning, Brian was very informative and straight forward. He has immense knowledge given the decades of bankruptcy work. I felt very comfortable dealing with them as they are unpretentious and professional. Communication was excellent and if I had any questions or concerns I could reach out and get an answer or resolution. They are also very flexible, so if you don't have the lump sum for their service, you can do an installment plan and once fully paid they will file your case. I hired Brian Cohen to help me with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. From start to finish he was utterly professional, as was his staff. First, I met with him, not a staff memeber or paralegal. From what I've heard that in and of itself is not typical.
