For over 15 years we have received great service and value from Dixie at all three of their locations, however we are put-off by their recent decisions to either eliminate previously complimentary services to regular customers or charge relatively steep prices for them. While we are the last to deny any business the right to try to make a profit, being so insensitive to current market conditions and what their long time customers are sufferring through can only serve to hurt not help, future business.
