LetâÂÂs start by stating that from what I have observed, I would not board or have them train my child's rocking horse here! Run away or one of the owners will talk your ears off and in 10 minutes flat you find out all the criminal dirt on the entire family and staff apparently with more dirt (I realized this was their way of trying to explain away anything one might dig up after a brief internet search on the owners and operators).... wow!!! Run!! Do your own research and you will see for yourself. The website makes you feel warm all over after you finish reading it, don't believe a word. More BS. The barn is an older rundown wooden facility with super low ceiling, unsafe stalls with protruding screws, exposed sharp gutter cutouts that could slice a horse's head wide open, low hanging fans that will eventually put a blade in a horse's head if it rears up, but we all know horses NEVER do that (not kidding - go see for yourself), incompetent staff (I observed female staff member was walking a horse down the aisle but it was more like the horse was taking her for a ride (backing up, spinning around, no control what so ever, and all she was doing was screaming at the horse), **immigrant** workers (apparent by the "I don't speak English") more incompetence, exposed electrical wiring, a major part of the property was flooded and looked like they could not turn out for days until the water receded, one of the trainers was giving a lesson and she could not get the horse to get over CROSS RAILS, a water trough very DIRTY full of mosquito larvae and algae (could not get to others to see as the place was completely flooded but like they say âÂÂyouâÂÂve see one you probably seen them allâÂÂ), saw one horse with open sores on the front lower leg and no bandaging. Place looks great from afar, but once you get a closer look, and watch carefully, there is nothings professional about this establishment. An internet search of the operators also shows that none of the staff there has any real credentials for operating any horse facility much less one of this size. If you care about your horses, in my opinion this place is not for you. Take your business to someone else with REAL horse care, training and Instructional experience where you get your moneyâÂÂs worth.
