Worst experience of my life. My brother got into an accident yesterday and the FHP called this company to tow his car. We called to get information and no one could help us. The customer service reps were disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate. His car arrived at their lot before they closed at 4:30pm yesterday and we arrived today to remove the car. They charged us for two days of storage when the car was there less than 24 hours. They charged us $5.50 per mile and told us the driver drove 37 miles which came to $203.50, which is ridiculous! They charge a base rate of $155, time on scene is also $155, administration fee $50 and storage is $35 per day ($70 for 2 days). The total to release the car was $633.50! When I tried to pay, they told me that we had to have the exact amount in cash because they do not have change and would not take a debit/credit card. I had to leave to go to the store to get the exact change. I would not recommend using this company. They will not help you. They will argue with you over the phone and make you feel less than a person. They are robbing people of their money and taking advantage. The driver and the customer service woman were both rude in person when my brother and I arrived at their lot. They were not welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. They spoke to us in a way that was belittling. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. Do not use this company.
