Terrible place. There are about 10 - 20 year old “Techs” ( I use that term lightly) an overwhelmed OD , an MD, no nurses, no office manager. No one knows what they are doing. No one cares. They are rude and nasty. The doctor ordered lab tests the inexperienced tech, between wiping her runny nose and sneezing into her gloved hand was tapping my arm to find a vein with her contaminated finger. She told me not to worry that it was just allergies! After a dozen pokes and twisting of the needle inside my arm she gave up. I have called about a dozen of times to talk to the doctor regarding an adverse reaction to medication he prescribed. No call back. Was placed on hold several times only to have someone pick up the phone and abruptly hang up. Was also directed to an extension that simply said “The mailbox is full”. I have been there 3 times have had to wait an hour and 1/2 in the examining room for the doctor each visit. The place is dirty and dingy. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
