Provided by YP.comExcellent physical therapist, registered nurse and LPN. Apparently short staffed on home health aides. Unable to have someone come into home for bathing who my aged parent could understand. When the agency was informed that my parent could not understand the HHA, there was not another HHA to send. Our MD happened to know the HHA, and directed us to ask the HHA to speak slower and more clearly (very heavy accent, and didn't reply to aged parents comments... Leading me to believe the HHA didn't understand my aged parent.)
Have called Confident Care four (4) times in three (3) days. The person in charge promised to return call back about the Home Health Aide but has not. My aged parent is not happy!
