I have had nothing but pain in the tooth he did a crown on when eating and also the gum around the crown. The dentist refuses to take responsibility for the problem and wants me to now have a root canal and a brand new crown.

They are amazing. Customers services it's amazing and the dentist he explain everything to u step by step. He's in amazing dentist. I will recommend.

Best Dental office around! All of the staff are wonderful and treat you like you're special. My children enjoy getting their teeth cleaned at this office!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Benchimol and his staff! I am one of those that have extreme anxiety, when it comes to dental work but, from day 1, he and his staff have made me feel comfortable. I completely trust him. The extensive work I have had over the years including multiple implants, root canals, and crowns, had given me the chance to know him, and I am nothing short of pleased in every way! I am actually looking forward the cosmetic work we have planned for the near future. I would recommend Dr. Benchimol to anyone in need of an amazing dentist and overall outstanding person. You won't be disappointed!

I have had quite a bit of work done on my teeth with Dr. Benchimol including implants and I am very satisfied with his work. He listened to my concerns and we worked from there.

Thanks Dr. Bencgimol for the crowns life just got better.. Office is very Clean nice customer services. don't know what others are saying i guess some just always have it bad even when is good. Cheers!

This office is so fantastic, I dont fear the dentist anymore. I had for years, thus six teeth pulled, six bone grafts and two crowns. I was so relieved! I called at 8:30 PM, then called Dr. B's cell phone. Got me in at 8:30 AM. He has a wonderful, kind staff and I have a beautiful healthy smile. Dont be afraid of the dentist anymore! Go now!

I and my family will never return, the staff is rude and very dirty, they informed me that my dental insurance accepted, then I, my wife and my three children finished the cleaning and inspection, they charged me $ 1,200. dollars.

I do not recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I went here on the recommendation of our realtor as we are new to the area. He was told he needed deep cleaning to the tune of over $400. They charge an additional $17 per quadrant for medication. I had 3 fillings for over $200. Our insurance covered regular cleaning for me and our X-rays. But don't forget the $15 copay for each visit. Oh, and they will try to sell you expensive mouthwash and toothpaste that can add over $100 to your bill. Outrageous prices. And did I mention they had to call 911 after Dr Benchimol totally numbed my husband to the extent that he had panic attack? Technician was nice and did a good job on the second try at deep cleaning. We still don't really know if he needed it. Try another dentist.

Awesome staff, dentist and office. Dr. Benchimol had actually saved several of my teeth by providing amazing crowns which really made such a world of difference. I go to him routinely for cleanings. Dr. Benchimol is highly skilled and educated in his field of expertise. I enjoy using his services and it's always a pleasure!

Mickey mouse dentist in Palm coast...instruments were not clean and where dusty...I felt I was in a used car dealership getting work on my teeth..

I highly recommend Dr. Benchimol. I went to his office last week and received an amazing treatment from him and his staff. Everybody was very friendly and professional. If you're seeking any dental work, you should definitely go see Dr. Benchimol.

I have been a patient at Healthy Smiles since the office opened. Dr. Benchimol has been amazing, whether it was cleaning, of getting my fillings redone - I have been listened to, the procedures were painless, and I was made very comfortable. The hygienists are nice, the staff courteous and most importantly, the price was right! I pay cash for everything, Obama did not do jack for my teeth but Healthy Smiles sure did!

BTW, I know a lot of families who drive down from Ormond just to go to this office...

@ the low star reviews, no idea what you are talking about, state of the art office and care & American staff. I think you guys need to go to some immigrant and see what a dirty "wanna get a green card" office is all about, shame on you!

Their office is nice and clean and their staff are friendly and professional.

Dr. Jacques Benchimol is a true master at his craft and made my wife feel comfortable during her procedure. We will refer all of our friends and family to Healthy Smiles of Palm Coast.

great dentist didn't feel a thing i had a deep cleaning i was told it would be painful. got injections and didn't feel a thing. i encourage people to see him very professional

When I went in, I almost didn't stay 'cause the office is so dirty. They were the nearest that accepted my insurance so why not? Here's why not. I went for a 6 month checkup/cleaning. I just moved to this area. I didn't get a cleaning because I have such periodontal disease according to them and they said I would have to pay another $400 because of my horrible gingivitis and insurance doesn't cover my cleaning. It only covers a regular cleaning and they are unable to do this cause my mouth is in such awful condition. Of course it covered the $300 they charged for X-rays and poking my gums and the 60 seconds with the dentist.,,,,,Anyway,

Isn't this why we have obamacare/insurance? Preventative health? I just had my teeth cleaned 6 months ago at my dentist whom I've had for over ten years that told me I have one of the top ten mouths he's ever seen. Could it have gone downhill this fast? ����don't think so...Well after checking other reviews and their fb page, I realized this is just regular practice for healthy smiles... It's just a scam to get more money. Unfortunately, they are one of the few in the area that take hmo dental. I can't even rate the dentist cause I only saw him 60 seconds. I did get a coupon in the mail from Flagler dental associates 386/446/3883 and they are running a special for new patients with or without insurance xrays, exam and cleaning $125

A real ripoff practice! Got charged $60 just for a 3 minute estimate which any other dentist would give for free and got sticker shocked from the given estimate. Also overheard the dentist talking to another patient giving them a pitch like a used car salesman.. Would give a 0 rating as one star is too high.
